It’s Time to go Paperless

Time to go paperless.

We’re Here for you but now we need your help: Go Paperless.

As a local business who cares deeply for the health and safety of our communities, we want you to know we are here for you and remain committed to you.

Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery has always encouraged Paperless Billing as an opportunity to help our environment. But now, with COVID-19, we realize that paperless billing is not just about helping the environment and saving trees, it’s about our health and safety. According to the CDC, “It also may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it…”

Simply put: Using less paper may be a way to help stop from spreading the virus.

I tried to register for online but it’s asking me for an access code which I don’t have.
Do we have to go paperless. This is the only bill I have going to my house with my house address on it. Our house is away from the mail boxes so I have everything go to our business.

    • Raymond Padilla says:

      Hi Beverly,

If you look on your last statement there should be an access code on in the upper right hand corner under your service address and account number. If you’re still unable to get the paperless option set up, please feel free to contact our Customer Service by phone and they will be more than happy to help. By going paperless, you will still be able to view and print the statement should you need it as proof of address verification. If you prefer to keep receiving your statements by mail, that’s okay too.

      Best regards,

      MDRR
