Free Residential Christmas Tree Recycling

We offer free Christmas tree recycling for residential customers with two convenient options: curbside pickup (scheduling required) or drop-off at our facility.

Trees must be real and bare. Please remove all decorations, lights, tinsel, flocking, and stands.

Option 1: Curbside Pickup (Scheduling Required)

Residential customers may recycle their Christmas tree through curbside pickup.

How to prepare your tree:

  • Remove all decorations and the stand
  • Cut the tree into 3-foot sections
  • Place sections in or beside your organics cart

Scheduling required. To schedule your pickup, contact us during regular business hours by phone, text, live chat, or email. Email responses may take up to 24 business hours.

Option 2: Drop-Off

You may also drop off your bare, full-size Christmas tree at our facility:

1300 Loveridge Road, Pittsburg, CA

Holiday closure: The facility at 1300 Loveridge Road will be closed on New Year’s Day. Please plan your drop-off accordingly.

Limit one tree per vehicle.
