Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery observes the holidays listed below.
To allow our employees time with their families, there is no collection service on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. On all other holidays, collections run as scheduled, although administrative offices and lobby hours may vary.
Our Recycling Center and Transfer Station (RCTS), also known as Contra Costa Waste Services, is open year-round, with closures only on the two designated days.
