Compost for sale
Through a rigorous quality assurance program that includes routine nutrient, metal, and pathogen analysis, you can count on consistent high-end soil-enriched product.
Mixing compost into soil will have many benefits, like providing nutrients that help plants grow and helping the soil hold onto moisture. It can even help slow down weed growth. Compost is an excellent addition to soil for preparing a new lawn, as a top dressing, mixed with mulch, and as a soil amendment.
If you are interested in purchasing compost, visit our Scale House during normal business hours for assistance. Let the attendant know that you are interested in purchasing compost, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Lawn or top dressing
Spread a layer 1/4 inche thick over the area and rake it into the soil. Provide good deep watering after spreading. Add to planter boxes or beds to add nutrients and organic matter to your soil and plants.
Mulch
If you use the compost as moisture-holing mulch, do exactly what you would do with any mulch. Spread it around plants, trees, and shrubs – in your garden or lawn. Ensure a good 2 to 3 inches of mulch is on the surface.
Soil Amendment
Use compost as a soil amendment. Just dig anywhere from 2 to 4 inches down while raking in the compost, and mix in with the rest of the soil at planting time.
Bark for sale
Our bark is sustainable and made from 100% recycled wood. Perfect as landscape ground cover or layered around plants in garden beds for added contrast and pop, our bark is available in black, brown, and natural.
As the bark naturally decomposes, essential nutrients are broken down and released into the soil, promoting ideal growth conditions. It’s a win-win; while making your garden look stunning, you’ll help add nutrients to your soil.
