We are excited to Celebrate the Earth, Together Again! Returning are Bounce Houses, Touch-A-Truck, Face Painting, Cart Races, Art Activities, and a special tour of Big Blue 2.0, our new modernized Materials Recovery Facility. Come by between 10 am and 1 pm at 1300 Loveridge Road in Pittsburg, and be ready to have some fun at this free, family-friendly event!

If you are interested in taking the tour of Big Blue 2.0, our 90,000-square-foot recycling facility, get there around 10:30. The walking tour will start at 11:00. You will learn first-hand how we use state-of-the-art technology to maximize recycling and minimize landfilling.

Afterward, have fun in racing carts, jumping in our bounce houses, or making art by repurposing material! Light snacks and refreshments will also be available.

Our Earth Day event is free and open to the public. A parent or guardian must accompany minors under 18 years old. All guests are required to sign a Media Consent and Release of Liability at check-in.
