Join Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery for a fun-filled Earth Day Celebration. We will come together as a community to honor our planet and learn how to live greener. This FREE, family-friendly event is packed with exciting activities, live demonstrations, and hands-on experiences that will inspire sustainable living.

Get ready for an engaging, hands-on experience where sustainability meets community! Participate in interactive activities designed for all ages, making the learning process about sustainability both enjoyable and informative. Learn from our expert sustainability specialists, who will guide you through the essentials of waste reduction, composting, and smarter recycling habits.
We are also introducing new activities like Coloring, Bubble Play, and a Photo Booth alongside returning favorites: Face Painting, Plant a Seed, Touch a Truck, Bounce House, and Guided Tours.
We’re hosting a Canned Food Drive as part of our Earth Day Celebration! During the event, bring canned goods to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win exciting prizes! After the event, we will donate them to our local food bank.
