Exciting news! Our community partner, the Contra Costa County Department of Conservation & Development, is offering their annual virtual composting workshop series. Join these free workshops to learn how to turn kitchen food scraps into nutrient-rich compost for use in home gardens and lawns.

Whether you are new to composting or interested in starting a worm bin, these sessions offer practical guidance you can use right away.

Workshops are open to all Contra Costa County residents. Anyone interested in learning more about composting is welcome to attend.
