The Legacy 32G cart is no longer available, and returning this service level may not be possible if you change your mind.

We require at least one business day’s notice to process stop service requests. To discontinue service, we must schedule a final pickup on your regular service day and remove all carts. Please ensure that carts are curbside for removal, as there is an additional fee for each cart that is unretrievable.

All items must be placed curbside by 5 AM on the confirmed pickup day.
PLEASE NOTE: Extra Pickups may incur additional fees. A representative will review your detailed list to determine the best pickup options and provide a quote if necessary. The quote will require your approval before scheduling. If your pickup is time-sensitive, please contact us directly by phone. All smaller items must be contained. Use 32-gallon bags, boxes, or bundles, ensuring each does not exceed 50 lbs. Larger items have a maximum weight limit of 200 lbs.

MDRR proudly offers residential customers two (2) vacation holds per calendar year. Vacation holds are a minimum of a week and a maximum of four weeks each time. Your vacation credit will appear on your next billing statement.

All service changes require 24-hour advance notice and will occur on your scheduled service day.
