Abigail has been part of the MDRR team for over three years and is committed to community outreach and education. Abigail enjoys serving as the liaison between the customers and operations. Abigail loves helping customers meet their sustainability goals while safely and cost-effectively ensuring city and state regulations are being met. With any given business or multifamily site, Abigail performs waste audits, trains customers and their staff members, processes service changes, and conducts follow-up calls – all in the same day.
“Educating our neighboring businesses and local schools on the importance of reducing waste and source separating is very important to me!” says Abigail Morales. “It’s so rewarding to share what I know, but more importantly, as a mother, I want to help build a better future for the generations to come!”
